Increase Standing Vertical Jump: from 25″ to 30″

Increase Strength: Squat [280 -> 310], Deadlift [250 -> 350], Press [110 -> 140], Bench [180 -> 200], Clean [N/A -> 200]

Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu

Establish Online Presence [Blogging via WordPress, Facebook, Linkin, Twitter, Ping.fm]
